Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate fleet trucks and trailers to transport various freight over short and long distances. Ensure that all operations related to your transport are compliant with state and federal laws and regulations. Perform routine inspection and manage preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and refer repairs to inhouse maintenance team. Work with dispatch team to optimize routes and loads while maintaining appropriate paperwork and records require under applicable industry, state, and federal guidelines, regulations, and laws.
